Job Description

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals with the necessary skills to join our B2B sales team.

What We Expect
  • Identifying and developing corporate clients in key national markets, leveraging your past connections.
  • Successfully promoting the Open English (OE) platform and our values, working in harmony with our marketing and sales team to make efficient deals and develop business strategies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities in relevant markets.
  • Managing all sales cycles, always emphasizing the added value of our product range, including managing presentations and negotiations with high-level executives, HR, and corporate development.
  • Achieving project sales activities and targeted revenues.
  • Increasing Open English brand awareness through product demonstrations, market events (trade fairs and conferences), and other special promotional initiatives.
  • Managing sales processes to meet key performance metrics, with a focus on closing new deals.
  • Developing growth strategies, researching, and analyzing the responsible regional market.
  • Developing new business opportunities through cold calls, email campaigns, local market research, and analysis.
  • End-to-end marketing management, leading relevant parties and providing necessary participation when needed, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and corporate account management.
  • Competency in regional management, experience in managing and completing complex sales cycles.
  • Experienced in following up and completing new business with references.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, especially proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel to create financial models and market entry strategy presentations.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication skills, capable of making verbal/written presentations and converting collected data into presentations,
  • Analytical, solution-oriented approach and ability to follow up on business,
  • Ability to focus on details in both individual and team work,
  • Willing to take initiative to learn more about the online education sector and related business models,
  • Expert in all marketing, sales, and online marketing strategies.
