• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, focusing on technology or data.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Proven experience working within Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

• Experience with APIs, data integration, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for navigating ambiguity.
