A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst
.

Position type: Full-time / Contract
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Location: Springfield, OR / Boston, MA
Work Mode: 3 Days Onsite, 2 days WHF

• Coordinate, plan, and develop business analysis and requirements documentation for a large-scale project, supporting Salesforce implementation across the Operations organization.
• Formulate and define business and/or systems scope and objectives based on user needs and applicable industry requirements.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering business and/or system limitations, operating time, and desired results.
• Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and/or system requirements.
• Guide and advise less experienced Business Analysts.
• Accountable to drive escalation analysis and resolution on complex issues.
• Identify gaps in processes/procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop a strong network of resources/business partners across the organization and vendor partners.
• Facilitate and organize meetings with key stakeholders and business partners.

• Lead impact analysis and develop business process models, process outlines, procedures, and job aids.
• Perform requirement management planning for medium to large scale projects.
• Lead business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communications.
• Strong facilitator to drive requirements gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with business and systems experts; peer review of work product.
• May provide oversight of overall quality of work product.
• Negotiate and influence requirements direction.

• Works with guidance on more complex projects.
• Capable of applying knowledge to handle all but the most complex problems independently.
• Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts; looks for ways to improve operations while ensuring business value and outcomes.
• A minimum of 5+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Experience with Salesforce business and/or technical components is highly desirable.

• Pay Range: $55/hr – $60/hr.
