The Chrysler Parts Counter Advisor will play a critical role in our parts department, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Chrysler products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

• Greet customers & technicians in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with parts inquiries.
• Utilize the dealership’s parts catalog system to identify and provide accurate information on required parts and accessories.
• Assist customers & technicians with parts orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of parts.
• Provide recommendations to customers on compatible parts.
• Maintain an organized and efficient parts counter, ensuring the inventory is well-stocked and properly labeled.
• Collaborate with service technicians to identify necessary parts for repairs and maintenance.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, finding solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and warranty claims.
• Stay updated on Chrysler products, technologies, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a parts counter role, preferably in an automotive dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
