We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Fleet Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Fleet team.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate vehicle movements after sale, maintain accurate vehicle and load records, and support compliance and traceability to ensure smooth daily fleet operations.

IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, THEN THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU:Accuracy: You are highly accurate and detail-focused, ensuring that all vehicle records, licensing details, and asset register information are captured correctly. You understand that even small errors can impact compliance, audits, and operational traceability.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FORTHE ROLE ARE:
NON-NEGOTIABLE:
- Proven administrative experience (preferably within a fleet, vehicle, automotive, logistics, or car rental environment).
- Computer literate with working proficiency with Microsoft Excel (or similar data management systems) for accurate data capturing and tracking.
WILL ALSO COUNT IN YOUR FAVOUR IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience dealing with licensing departments.
