General Function

This person double checks all gifts made to the Foundation before a receipt is sent out. Any errors found, a task is created to fix the error so the receipt can be mailed in a timely manner.

Primary Duties
  • Support the daily operations of University Advancement’s CRM by ensuring that gifts are posted correctly.
  • Assist with constituent data updates in the CRM.
  • Create tasks in CRM when gift needs to be corrected or other errors to be adjusted.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

Must be knowledgeable in the use of computerized management information systems (databases) or able to learn. The ability to work with a minimum of supervision is required. Keyboarding and data entry skills are required.

This position requires a detailed-oriented person.
