Quality Control Specialist; Bilingual in Mandarin

The Quality Control Specialist will support warehouse operations by monitoring performance metrics, developing standard procedures, and driving continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all warehouse locations.

• KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking: Assist with design and monitor KPIs (accuracy, SLA compliance, labor utilization, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• SOP Development & Training: Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and provide training to warehouse staff.
• Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Support root-cause investigation and corrective action plans for mis-shipments, damaged goods, delayed orders, and inventory discrepancies.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize end-to-end warehouse workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and outbound.
• Operational Issue Identification: Identify operational bottlenecks, error patterns, and system-related inefficiencies.
• Continuous Improvement & Standardization: Develop and implement process optimization solutions to reduce error rates, improve throughput, and ensure operational consistency across all warehouse locations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, IT system teams, domestic suppliers, and overseas partners to support system configuration, exception handling, and SOP improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination ability.

• Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
