The primary purpose of this role is to perform industry‑leading pest management services for residential customers. You will identify and eliminate pests from residential properties by conducting thorough inspections, determining the type of pest infestation, applying appropriate treatments, and providing preventative measures while adhering to safety regulations and communicating with clients.

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest‑free environment and advise on reducing future risks.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, help with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers.
• Ensure all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company‑provided service vehicle (routine maintenance is provided).

• Work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
• Work around animals, insects, and termites.
• Sometimes work around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals – company trains for safe handling.
• Work both inside and outside in local climate in company‑provided weather gear.
• Perform moving tasks – regularly sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, go up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator.

• Clean shaven face – required for proper seal of rebreathers.
• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Required licenses/certificates as per federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Availability Monday‑Friday and weekends as needed.
• Openness to learn and become knowledgeable in all areas of pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills – able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
• Customer‑facing experience preferred.

Hourly: $17.00–$23.00 (varies by location, skills, education, and experience; overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment may affect total earnings).
