Job Location: Boulevard Townhome, Springfield, IL.

• Direct other staff members; delegate assignments to assure timely completion of work orders.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Perform wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• 5–10 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• HVAC & EPA licensed.
• Experience in multifamily properties, including HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Committed to exceptional customer service.
• Own hand tools and specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Available to work overtime and accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.
• Background screening and drug test required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (no exceptions).
• CPO certifications preferred.
