Provide Excellent Customer Experience for potential and existing Customers

Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers

Answer questions and discuss product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs

Billing resolution

Identify opportunities to cross-sell, develop new customer opportunities and grow the agency

Assist agency owners with attaining agency goals

Consultative insurance reviews for prospective and current customers to ensure their coverages meet their needs

Complete and present insurance quotes to prospective and current customers

Maintain current customer accounts through policy changes and customer interactions

Follow up on sales leads and prospective customers

High School Diploma or equivalent

Property & Casualty License obtained within 30 days of hire (not paid for by employer)

Outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality
