• Drive technical sales and business development initiatives across assigned territory
• Develop new business while strengthening existing customer relationships
• Present and promote products through technical consultations and solution-based discussions
• Provide application guidance across plastics additives, antioxidants, coatings, polyurethanes, inkjet printing, and water based and UV systems
• Identify new market opportunities to increase revenue and market share
• Partner with research, operations, and commercial teams to align solutions with customer needs
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to guide strategy
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing and long-term account growth

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science required
• Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development within specialty chemicals
• Background in plastics additives, antioxidants, coatings, polyurethanes, inkjet printing, or water based and UV systems
• Strong track record of building new accounts and expanding territories
• Ability to explain complex chemical technologies in clear business terms
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote environment
• Ability to travel up to 50% across North America
