Inside Sales Representative – Building Materials Industry

Location:

Greater Chicago Metro

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus

We have been retained to find an Inside Sales Representative role with a well‑established, relationship‑driven organization in the building‑materials space. What You’ll Do
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships through active listening, problem‑solving, and consistent follow‑through.
  • Partner closely with outside sales and product management teams to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, provide quotes, and follow up on open opportunities to drive sales results.
  • Develop strong product and application expertise to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
  • Keep customer interactions and sales activities updated in the CRM to support team collaboration.
