Overview

Sales Representative – Patient Handling. As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell acute care products with a focus on Patient Handling solutions to healthcare providers. You will work with products including bed frames, stretchers, and transport chairs. Your role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to position Stryker’s products effectively in the marketplace.

You will have opportunities to exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth and success.

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Handling products to meet customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Handling expert as you work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on-time, complete, and error-free shipments.
• Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.

Required:

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
• At times, may be required to move, set up and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities.
• May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling as appropriate.
• Coordination of eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, reading ability and memory retention.
• May handle materials including fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components comprised of rubber, metals and coated products.

$60,000 base salary and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
