B2B Sales Account Executive – Mobility & Fiber

Job Overview: Proactively sell AT&T’s mobility solutions and fiber‑based broadband network to small and mid‑market businesses. Focus on generating new revenue through hunting and prospecting within your assigned territory via sales calls, networking, and relationship building. Deliver customized, value‑added solutions that address client needs and business priorities. Success relies on lead generation, independent outreach, cold calling, door knocking, and a self‑starter mindset to drive sales growth.
Compensation: Base salary plus performance‑based commission. At 100% of target, annual earnings typically range from $88,100 to $109,700. Commission capped at 500% of target, allowing potential earnings of $225,000 or more for high achievers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling, meeting or exceeding weekly quotas for cold flwyddyn. - Client Engagement:
Understand communication and technology needs of small and mid‑sized business customers and present tailored growth opportunities and efficiencies. - Account Development:
Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long‑term relationships. - Consultative Selling:
Use consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify key trends, uncover customer needs, and leverage industry knowledge to close sales opportunities. - Proposal Development:
Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present products and services that benefit customers. - Strategic Initiatives:
Design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue from assigned complex accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Networking and Negotiation
Skills:
Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively. - Valid Driver’s License:
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle. - Sales Targets:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Experience:
2–5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications. - Technical Knowledge:
Experience and knowledge in fiber broadband technology and mobility products. - Sales Funnel Management:
Proficiency in managing sales funnels and experience with CRM systems.
