** Remote | Travel up to 30% (Illinois, Missouri, Indiana)
Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission + Car Allowance Join Total Mechanical Service, a leader in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment service, and help drive growth as our next Outside Sales Representative. You’ll build strong customer relationships, develop new business, and represent a trusted brand that keeps essential equipment running.

What You’ll Do
· Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
· Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Build relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
· Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
· Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).What You Bring
· Proven success in sales, ideally in HVAC, food service, or related industries.
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
· Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
· Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required
· Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
