Audio​/Video Sales Associate

The Sales Associate position mainly focuses on customer service working within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers for various reasons relating to the showroom business.
• Calling customers to confirm the status of their orders, delivery, and product service.
• Operating computerized cash register.
• Data entry - using the Company's computerized point of sale system and various programs to assist in processing sales orders and customer inquiries.

Must be flexible with hours in order to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must also be able to perform a variety of general office activities in a fast-paced team player environment.
• The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers via phone and in person.
• Cashier and computer experience are a plus.
