Audio​/Video Sales Associate

The Sales Associate position primarily focuses on customer service within our retail showroom office, including but not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Handling heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers regarding showroom business.
• Calling customers to confirm order status, delivery, and product service.
• Operating computerized cash register.
• Data entry using the company's point of sale system and other programs to process sales and customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform various office activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent customer service skills for dealing with customers via phone and in person.
• Cashier and computer experience are advantageous.

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
