• Assist in managing product assortments to ensure accuracy, availability, and alignment with business goals
• Support buying and planning teams with vendor communication and purchase order tracking
• Audit and update product information, pricing, and imagery for customer experiences
• Coordinate samples and product assets for site launches and marketing campaigns
• Track assortment performance and provide actionable reporting to support merchandising strategies

• 2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, buying support, product data entry, or retail operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with vendors and cross‑functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with merchandising or inventory management systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines for launches and promotions
