Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:
Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

- Earn $250 after completing 45 days on the job.
- Earn another $250 at the 90‑day mark.
- Celebrate your 1‑year anniversary with a $500 bonus.
- New hires starting on or after 11/1/25 – 1/24/26 qualify.
- Eligibility begins after your 1st in‑store shift, and you must complete 90% of scheduled shifts.
- Must be employed on the program at the time of payout betaling.
- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store.
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
- Report and provide competitive insights.
- Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
- Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance.
- Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products that fit those needs.
- Adv severely information on products and services, building customer confidence.
- Accurately document and report sales and submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
- Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota and goals.
- Customer/client satisfaction measured by rejection percentage and substantiated complaints.
- High school diploma or equivalent I'd you, its required.
- Minimum six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services.
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
