This is a full-time on-site role for a Wireless Specialist, located in Champaign, IL. The Wireless Specialist will assist customers by providing exceptional service, offering personalized recommendations, and guiding them in selecting the best wireless solutions tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a deep knowledge of wireless technology, supporting customers with troubleshooting or inquiries, and contributing to sales goals by presenting relevant promotions and products.

Additionally, the role may include maintaining organized displays and ensuring the store provides a professional and positive environment.

• Knowledge and experience in Wireless Networking and Wireless Technologies
• Proficiency in Cellular Communications and Mobile Communications
• Superior Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Desire to stay updated with the latest in wireless products and technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in telecommunications or related fields are a plus
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
