As a Retail Merchandiser you’ll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You’ll collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations.

• Starting pay: $15.00 – $15.25 per hour (based on skills and experience).
• Part‑time, variable schedule.
• Weekly hours: 7‑11 per week.
• Availability required during major holidays and weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use Hallmark mobile device to restock, organize and monitor inventory; communicate with supervisor and complete reports, surveys, and feedback.
• Holiday support: extra days and hours around Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas; may work on holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, relocating card departments; two‑week notice.
• Team support: collaborate with Hallmark field organization to assist teammates.

This job requires a high level of energy, and the ability to push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs and step ladders.

• Minimum age 18.
• Read, write and understand English.
• Physical ability to handle 30‑50 lbs as described.
• Operate digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores.
