Retail Associate – Inventory Specialist

Join WIS International’s inventory team as a Retail Associate. You’ll be responsible for accurately counting, recording, and moving inventory throughout the store, while maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.

Starting wage: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour. Eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.

• Count and record inventory with precision—accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is welcomed; no prior inventory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.

The job requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, and using both hands for repetitive motions. You may need to squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or plane, including occasional overnight stays.
