Retail Associate – Inventory Specialist
Join WIS International’s inventory team as a Retail Associate. You’ll be responsible for accurately counting, recording, and moving inventory throughout the store, while maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
SalaryStarting wage: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour. Eligible for a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $2.00 in the first 6 months, with a maximum increase of $5.00.

- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is welcomed; no prior inventory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
The job requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, and using both hands for repetitive motions. You may need to squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or plane, including occasional overnight stays.
