• Deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to field merchandisers, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
• Travel up to 75 miles within an assigned territory.
• Conduct on‑site and virtual training sessions to educate field merchandisers on standards, product features, and promotional campaigns.
• Train merchandisers on product placement, signage, and display techniques to maximize visual impact and sales.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and feedback during store visits to reinforce concepts and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with field managers to identify training needs and prioritize skill development areas.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, observations, and feedback.
• Update training materials based on product changes, guidelines, and industry trends.
• Support new product launches and store resets with timely training sessions and resources.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on merchandising best practices, trends, and competitor activities.
• Foster a positive learning environment and culture of continuous improvement.
• Cover open territories executing client‑specific work.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience and/or retail training experience preferred.
• Proficient with a smartphone, email, text messaging, and e‑learning platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for occasional weekend work.

• Good vision and ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel.
• Willingness to work in cold environmental conditions.
