Job DescriptionThe Animal Emergency Clinic of Springfield is seeking a part‑time veterinarian with emergency medicine experience to join our emergency and critical care team. This role consists of eight shifts per month. Weekday shifts are primarily overnight, while weekend shifts may include a combination of day and overnight coverage, with four of the eight monthly shifts occurring on weekends. The ideal candidate is a confident, compassionate clinician who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and values teamwork and high standards of care.

- DVM or equivalent degree, licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
- Prior experience in emergency medicine strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a skilled support team
- Strong clinical, communication, and decision‑making skills
