We are seeking an experienced Stepdown/PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity acute care hospital and Level I Trauma Center. This Magnet-designated facility offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where nurses provide comprehensive care to complex cardiac, neuro, and medical-surgical patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions.

Shift: Nights (3x12s; 4x12s available upon request)

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

On-Call: Not required

Floating: Will float within scope to meet facility needs

Block Scheduling: Discuss with manager

Hours:

Facility may call off up to 36 hours per 13-week assignment

RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days

License: Active Illinois RN license required at time of submission (no pending licenses)

Local Candidates: Accepted (no radius restriction)

Minimum Experience: 1 year Stepdown/PCU experience required

First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
