Starting at $50/hour plus performance bonuses
- Current unencumbered Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
- Utilize evidence-based guidelines for care
- Create weekly rounding schedules
- Maintain accurate medical records
