  Chemo cert preferred (OCN and ONS/ONCC preferred); other listed certs may be required per unit
• License:
  Active IL license in hand or in application process; OR RNs must be 50 miles or more from facility;
  Allied clinicians without state license in hand must arrive 3 business days prior for fingerprints
• Floating:
  Floating within scope to meet facility needs; 100% float for travel assignments
• Block schedule:
  Discuss schedule with manager; locals accepted with no radius
• Other:
  Lab, Docusigns, Badge Photo, and related onboarding steps must be completed within required timelines

  Flu vaccine required
• Background/Screening: SSN and DOB required at submittal
