• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in Telemetry or Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) preferred
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts as scheduled
• Requested time off must be submitted at the time of application

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry and IMC patients, including cardiac monitoring and assessment
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
