, one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices in Illinois, is currently seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join our Urgent Care Plus team in Springfield, IL

Coming early 2025! Springfield Clinic is providing patients with an alternative option to avoid the hassles of the emergency room. Our region's first high acuity urgent care, Urgent Care Plus, is staffed with a team of experienced, board-certified emergency medicine physicians, and emergency-trained advanced practice providers (APPs) and nurses.
70% of ER visits are discharged home. We can take these high acuity cases that do not rise to the level of hospital admission. If care needs escalation, we can provide a clear pathway to the hospital.

• Modern, quiet facility that is easy to access
• More efficient diagnosis and care in an outpatient setting
• Referrals to Springfield Clinic Primary Care and Specialty Care partners
• On-Site expanded radiology services
• On-Site labs
• On-Site IV fluids

• This is an intermittent part time (IPT) or per diem (PRN) position
• 12 hour shifts - Rotating weekends and holidays
• Emergency Medicine experience preferred
