Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive wound management across various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer wound treatments such as dressing changes and advanced therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and utilize EMR systems like Epic or Athenahealth.
• Support pain management and participate in clinical research initiatives.

Candidates should have a strong nursing background with critical care, outpatient, or geriatric experience, proficiency in procedures, and familiarity with coding and EMR systems. Preferred skills include telehealth, behavioral health, and home care experience.

This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), flexible schedule, and paid time off.
