• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Preferred: six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience (not required)
• Must have reliable transportation
