• Unit: Intermediate Care Unit (Telemetry RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (NOC)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Assignment Duration: 21 weeks (Start: 10/20/2025 – End: 3/15/2026)
• Specialties: Telemetry, Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, IDD
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1950 - $2090

• Active Illinois RN license (Registered Nurse – Illinois)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or Intermediate Care nursing experience
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend (EOW)
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Monitor and assess patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, delivering high-quality telemetry nursing care
• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate nursing actions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
