Max: USD $48.37/Hr.
- Deliver expert emergency nursing care, quickly assessing and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients.
- Perform rapid interventions, including administering medications, IV fluids and life‑saving treatments.
- Work closely with trauma teams, physicians and specialists to coordinate urgent and complex care.
- Monitor patient conditions, responding decisively to changes in status.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering support, education and reassurance in high‑stress situations.

Education, Licensures & Certifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in Illinois required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Emergency nursing, trauma or critical care experience preferred
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Assess, stabilize and manage patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapies and emergency treatments as directed.
- Assist with trauma response, resuscitation and critical care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
- Participate in emergency drills, continuing education and hospital‑wide quality initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with emergency protocols, infection control measures and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless, patient‑centered care.
