We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care for children from birth to age 21.
- Must have Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification and Illinois licensure, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Responsibilities include conducting well child and sick visits, collaborating with healthcare teams, and managing patient assessments using EMR systems.
- Strong communication, time management, confidentiality, and computer skills are essential.
- Comfort with mental health and adolescent care is preferred.
