Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse – Stepdown Unit
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse – Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Springfield, Illinois.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced stepdown unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
