Shift6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience- 18 months of role experience required, with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
- Experience with Cerner is preferred.
- Illinois license required.
- Role requires floating to multiple units.
- Local & travel allowed.
- Flu vaccination required.
- 12 months between Staff at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. - 12 months between Per Diem at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. - Pre‑employment modules may be required.
- Upload certifications or health documents to your profile.
- PICC line management and experience with Starting IVs.
- Blood Product Administration.
- Colostomy care and management.
- Feeding tube care and management.
- Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI).
- PCA.
- Surgical drains.
- Tracheostomy care/management.
- Wound Care/Wound Vac.
- Willing to take trach and laryngectomy patients.
Parking permit required, no cost.
Special RequestsReferences must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Only able to request 1 winter holiday off.
Shift & Scheduling3x12 or 4x12 days (06:45‑19:15). Weekend required: work every other weekend. Time off on weekend will be scheduled per rotation. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 2.
References- 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required (last 3 years).
