• $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS (1st $1,000 after 30 days; 2nd $1,000 after 6 months)

• Process patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free treatment programming.
• Dispense all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
• Monitor the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
• Monitor the physical and mental health well-being of patients and document findings.
• Be available to travel if needed.

6:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday‑Friday;
Saturday 7:15 am – 10:15 am every other weekend.

Two years post‑degree experience in a hospital or agency setting. Must possess good communication skills, general nursing and medical terminology knowledge, knowledge of substance abuse pathology, and knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.

RN, LPN, registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR.
