Events Coordinator

A statewide trade association is seeking an events coordinator to support events, communications and membership initiatives for the association and its affiliate. This position will support the Director with planning and execution of in-person programs and conferences as well as virtual programming. They will plan and distribute promotional emails and manage registration and sponsorship inquiries. This position will manage social media messaging and assist with communications campaigns as well as design and produce digital and print materials such as flyers, advertising and signage using Canva or similar tools.

Minimal website updates using Member Clicks.

• Support planning and execution of in-person programs and conferences as well as virtual programming
• Plan and distribute promotional emails; manage registration and sponsorship inquiries
• Manage social media messaging and assist with communications campaigns
• Design and produce digital and print materials (flyers, advertising, signage) using Canva or similar tools
• Perform minimal website updates using Member Clicks

• 1–3 years’ experience coordinating projects, developing communications, and working collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Willingness to travel in-state one to two nights per month to provide onsite event support (e.g., registration desk, session support, casual video or photography)
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
