What You'll Do As a Maintenance Team Member, you'll support management by helping keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. Responsibilities may include: + Filtering oil fryers daily + Maintaining outside grounds + Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms + Unloading delivery trucks (up to two times per week) + Emptying trash and compactors + Changing light bulbs + Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units and removing debris from the roof Training and tools are provided to help you succeed.
