In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

Join us as the In‑House Litigation Attorney at Epic.

Position based in Madison, WI. We provide financial relocation assistance for relocation to the area.

You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands in a rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on competitive strategy, and contribute to evolving policies.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
