Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
The Child Welfare Litigation Bureau of the Office of the Illinois Attorney General seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Attorney General. The Child Welfare Litigation Bureau represents the Department of Children and Family Services and the Director in complex class action litigation, administrative review actions, and other litigation as assigned.
QualificationsCandidates must be licensed in Illinois. Candidates must have strong research and writing skills. Experience in administrative law preferred.
Supplemental InformationSalary: Salaries are commensurate with number of years of practice as a licensed attorney and range from $ 82,000 to $ 107,550.
