This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our in-house information systems and supporting our production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems engineering and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software, network, and CNC machine issues. This position will also be required to provide on-call support to maintain operational efficiency.

• Network Maintenance – Monitor network performance, investigate virus infections, and resolve system issues. Manage backup and recovery processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Software Installation & Configuration – Install, configure, and set up new software applications, including Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and ERP systems.
• User Account Management – Manage user account creation and deletion processes.
• Technical Support – Provide software and hardware technical support to JSP users, resolving issues promptly.
• On-Call Support – Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for hardware and software issues, including international support when required.
• Machine Tool Equipment Maintenance – Assist in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls.
• CAD/CAM Systems Administration – Manage and maintain CAD/CAM workstations and hardware peripherals.
• Project Management – Lead and complete assigned maintenance and IT projects with minimal supervision.
• Production Monitoring System Oversight – Administer and maintain JSP Mold Production Monitoring and Camera Systems.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and OSHA regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a network engineering or IT administration role.
• Experience with Microsoft OS support, patches, and updates.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (Siemens NX).
• Experience with ERP software (JobBOSS).
• Experience with DNC/CNC File Transfer Software (Factory Wiz).
• Experience with Symantec Enterprise Edition protection.
• Experience with LAN protocols and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage tasks with little direction and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot both IT and CNC machine-related issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Certified Network Engineer (CNE) certification preferred.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with wireless networking and IT security principles.
• Knowledge of CNC controls and machine tool electronics.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
