Job Description
This is a temp-to-hire position.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & acceptance, completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and onboarding of new contractors.
Essential Functions- Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop/manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team‑mates.
- Provide recruitment updates and keep the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
- Performance measured in part upon KPI measures and execution of recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Demonstrate customer service skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2 or more years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at intermediate level.

Compensation InformationSalary-based.
Minimum pay: $59,000. Maximum pay: $62,000.
