This Role

In this role, you will sell, train, and promote Humeca products in all FDA approved areas and applications. Humeca was established in The Netherlands in 1981 and is the innovative specialist in skin grafting technology with a focus on the field of burn surgery. Our revolutionary products help medical professionals improve treatment, save lives, and achieve better outcomes for their patients.

As a Midwestern Regional Sales Representative, you will take full ownership of the designated territory, driving sales, education, and market development of Humeca’s innovative skin transplantation technologies. You will be the face of Humeca within your region, building and managing relationships with clinical decision-makers, developing regional strategies, and supporting long‑term growth. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to shape territory success through consultative sales and hands‑on support in surgical settings.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own and execute regional sales strategy, with responsibility for achieving revenue and growth targets across hospitals, burn centers, and distributor groups
  • You will cultivate long‑term partnerships with key clinicians, procurement teams, and distributors to strengthen market presence and ensure customer success
  • You will work with surgeons and distributor sales representatives in an operating room and hospital setting to support and promote techniques and products via safe and effective use
  • You will deliver in‑depth product knowledge and competitive insights, highlighting clinical and economic benefits that differentiate Humeca’s solutions
  • You will identify new business opportunities and execute territory specific plans to drive adoption and expand Humeca’s footprint across new and existing accounts
  • You will coordinate hospital surveys as well as post‑sale implementation and training including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction in the operating room
  • Provide field insights to marketing, product development, and operations teams to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement
  • You will represent Humeca at regional trade shows, cadaver labs, and educational symposia to generate leads and reinforce brand visibility
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in Surgical Technology or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
  • 5+ years of medical device sales, clinical OR burn experience or surgical training preferred
