Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:

Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab.

- Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure

Skills:

Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures.

- Procedural Responsibility

Skills:

Equipment setup, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.

- Infection Control

Skills:

Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique.

- Age Specific

Competencies:

Middle and Older Adult.

Required Credentials - References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

- Allied clinicians that do not require a state license in hand must arrive 3 days prior to start for fingerprints.

Special Requests - Block scheduling requests can be discussed with the manager.

Shift & Scheduling - Weekends:
Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.

- On-Call:
Required as needed, rotating with staff and agency. Call frequency to be discussed with manager.

Shift & Scheduling: 13-26 Weeks you can choose.

Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US .

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 2

1 reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after submission

1 reference from any number of months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required after submission
