Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift – 4×10s

•

Hours:

7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some shifts 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

• On-Call:
Yes – approx. 4–5 days per 6-week schedule
- One call day will be a weekend day
- Estimated up to 2 weekend call days per contract

• Block Scheduling:
Attempted when possible (not guaranteed)

Patient & Unit Overview

• Adult & Pediatric Echo (Inpatient & Outpatient)

• ICU, ED, bedside, stress echos, TEEs, and structural heart procedures

• Daily Census: 30–50 patients

• Beds: ~560

• Equipment:
Philips (preferred)

• Charting:
Cerner

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years Echo experience (required)

• Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, and ER experience required

• Required Echo

Skills:

- 3-D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Imaging
- M-Mode, Stress Echo (Pharmacologic & Treadmill)
- Portable & Routine Studies

• Isolation Precautions experience required

Certifications

• ARDMS and/or CCI (RCS/RDCS) – preferred

• Pending license accepted

• BLS (AHA or Red Cross only – RQI not accepted)
