Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP
We are seeking a full‑time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to join our residential facility for youth aged 12‑19.
- Starting salary is $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
- The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO.
Our facility offers a structured, therapeutic environment focused on promoting positive behavior, self‑esteem, accountability, and social skills through milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Candidates should have a master's degree in counseling or related field, hold appropriate Illinois licensure, and have juvenile counseling experience preferred.
- Technology competency is required.
