Position
ILLINOIS Mental Health LCPC, PhD, LCSW, PMHNP, Psychiatrist – Azza Health Care Agency
Seeking Illinois‑licensed mental health clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LiCSW, PMHNP, PhD, Psychiatrist) to establish private practices in Swansea, IL. All office space is provided with an established office and administrative support.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain a private practice within our shared office, provide mental‑health services to patients, maintain accurate records, and comply with all Illinois licensing requirements.
Qualifications- Illinois professional license (LCPC, LCSW, LiCSW, PMHNP, PhD, Psychiatrist)
- Licensed to practice independently in Illinois
- Experience with pediatric patients is a plus; PMHNP must be licensed for children/adolescents
- Full‑time or part‑time flexible hours
- 100% of earnings retained
- Shared operating expenses
- Private practice setting, not a group practice
Work is in person with shift options for day or night.
