Occupational Therapist - OT - PRN

Symbria is seeking a PRN employee‑owner team member to provide occupational therapy for older adults at our Concordia Village facility in Springfield, IL. Weekday and weekend coverage is required.

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans alongside supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes and act as a trusted partner to the community served.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
