This position serves as the Manager of Operations and Special Projects for the Enterprise Resource Planning Program (ERP), including Contract & Policy Management and determining operational policy which fixes objectives or states principles to control actions toward operating objectives.
In this role you will plan, develop, organize, control and evaluate the mechanisms to monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements of the ERP Program.
In addition, you will implement policy, establish program objectives, develop long-range plans and monitor progress toward accomplishing goals and objectives.
This position also develops and implements methods and systems to monitor vendor compliance and progress toward attaining goals and objectives of the ERP Program.

- Subject to management approval, serves as the Manager of Operations and Special Projects for the Enterprise Resource Planning Program (ERP), including Contract & Policy Management for the Department of Innovation & Technology, determining operational policy which fixes objectives or states principles to control actions toward operating objectives.
- Develops and implements methods and systems to monitor progress toward attaining goals and objectives of the ERP Program, ensuring work products adhere to state-wide policies and guidelines.
- Performs research and analysis, drafts communications, and liaises with DoIT Legal Counsel on contractual issues related to ERP Program.
- Advises ERP Program Director and DoIT Secretary regarding program development, fiscal status and other related matters.
- Serves as an agency spokesperson on matters associated with the administrative Operations of the ERP Program.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college with coursework in public or business administration.
- Requires four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization.
- Requires three (3) years of professional supervisory experience in a large organization.
